Dr. Mahantesh Patil has 31 years of experience in the agriculture sector as a  Professor of Plant Pathology at the College of Agriculture and Head of Agricultural Extension Education Centre under UAS Raichur. He is involved in teaching, research and extension/outreach programs on Epidemiology and Management of crop diseases and Precision Agriculture.

To start Ayodhya Crops Academy, he took voluntary retirement to bridge the gap between farmers and technology tools, expertise and policymakers. His greatest desire is to bring the best of the world in farming to his farmers and share the best from his farmers with the world. He advises many happy and successful farmers and their families, encouraging and guiding them to attain entrepreneurship in farming. He is also a farmer himself.

Mr. Mallikarjun has 22 years of experience in the tax consulting sector as a Senior Tax Consultant. He has helped numerous businesses navigate complex tax landscapes and optimise their financial performance. As a seasoned tax professional, he understands the critical role that taxation plays in agricultural business. He has worked closely with farmers and agricultural enterprises to ensure compliance, minimise tax liabilities and maximise profitability.

His unique blend of finance knowledge and agricultural industry insight enables our company to offer comprehensive solutions that address the specific needs of farmers.

Mr.  Vijayamahanthesh S. Baligar holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Gulbarga University and brings extensive experience in insurance, banking, and cooperative society management. As the Founder and CEO of two successful cooperative societies, he has demonstrated a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and leadership.

Additionally, he has served as an Advisor for leading insurance firms, offering expert investment advisory services. His comprehensive expertise makes him a valuable asset to the Ayodhya Crops Academy team.
